Welcome to Dare2Play (“D2P”), a competitive gaming platform designed to connect players worldwide in fair, skill-based competitions. By creating an account, participating in events such as the Beta Cup, or using any D2P services, you (“User,” “Player,” or “Participant”) acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
These Terms are legally binding and govern your access to and participation in any D2P-hosted or sponsored competitions.
1.1. Users must meet the age and regional restrictions applicable to their jurisdiction to participate in D2P competitions.
1.2. Any attempt to bypass eligibility rules (e.g., creating multiple accounts, falsifying information) may result in immediate disqualification and account suspension.
2.1. Dare2Play enforces a zero-tolerance policy for cheating. This includes, but is not limited to:
2.2. D2P reserves the unconditional right to ban, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts found in violation of these rules, without prior notice.
2.3. Decisions regarding cheating or fair play violations are final and non-negotiable.
3.1. Rewards offered by D2P or its sponsors are subject to availability and not guaranteed for all participants regardless of their promotion or visibility on D2P platform or social media.
3.2. Dare2Play reserves the absolute right to refuse, delay, or cancel the distribution of any reward to any user for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent behavior, technical errors, violations of platform policies, or at D2P's sole discretion.
3.3. In cases where rewards are limited, they will be distributed based on predefined ranking criteria or on a first-come, first-served basis, as determined solely by D2P.
3.4. Any violation of these Terms, suspicion of fraud, multiple account abuse, or failure to meet competition requirements may result in forfeiture of rewards, even if the player has otherwise qualified.
3.5. Taxes, customs duties, or any other fees associated with claiming rewards are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
4.1. Dare2Play Gems (D2P Gems) are a platform-specific digital point system and do not represent legal currency, cryptocurrency, or financial securities of any kind.
4.2. D2P makes no guarantee regarding the time frame for when Gems will be redeemable or exchangeable for rewards, tokens, or any other value.
4.3. There is no assurance that Gems will hold any value in the future, whether monetary or otherwise, and D2P is under no obligation to provide a market or mechanism for conversion of Gems into real-world currency or third-party assets.
5.1. D2P reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel competitions, rewards, and eligibility criteria at any time, with or without notice, due to operational, technical, or unforeseen circumstances.
5.2. Sponsors and partners may update their own specific terms, offers, or prize pools independently of D2P. Such changes may affect rewards or conditions of participation.
6.1. Players must not engage in harassment, hate speech, threats, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or community.
6.2. D2P reserves the right to restrict or ban access to users who violate these standards, even outside active competitions.

By creating a D2P account, entering competitions, or otherwise using the Dare2Play platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Failure to comply with these Terms may result in suspension, disqualification, or permanent account termination, at D2P’s sole discretion.
